يعد هذا الكتاب “مُرشد المبتدئين إلى معرفة معاني ألفاظ الرسالة” لأبي محمد سعيد بن سُليمان بن سعيد الكُرَّامِي السَّمْلَالي الـجَزُولِـي(ت882هـ) من أوسع الشّروح السّوسية مادة، وأغزرها فائدة ونُكَتا، تصدّى فيه صاحبه لشرح كتاب رسالة ابن أبي زيد، الذي يُعَدُّ من أعتق المصادر المعتمد عليها عند جمهور فقهاء المذهب المالكي شرقا وغربا، تدريسا وحفظا.
ويأتي تأليف هذا الشرح من صاحبه مُرشدا ونِبراسا لأودلاه خاصة، ثم لأبناء المسلمين عامَّة، وقد قدَّم له رحمه الله بمقدمة طَوَاها في اثنى عشر فصلا، بَيَّن فيها فضائل البسملة ومعانيها، وفضائل الصلاة على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ومعانيها، ثم التعريف بمؤلف الرسالة، وفضائل كتابه، وعدد ما فيه من المسائل والأبواب، ثم بَيَّن شروط المتعلم، وشروط المعلم، وفضل العلم والعلماء، ثم بعد هذا شرع في شرح مضامين المباحث العقدية التي افتتح بها ابن أبي زيد رسالته، ليعرّج على الأبواب الفقهية التي اشملت عليها بالبيان والتفصيل.
وبما أن هذا الكتاب موَجَّه لعامة المبتدئين؛ فإن صاحبه دوَّنه – في الغالب الأعم- بأسلوب سهل وسلس، يستطيع القارئ – في الأغلب- فهم ما سُطِّر بين دَفَّتَيْه دون الرجوع إلى غيره، كما دَلَّلَ على ما أورده فيه بأدلة من كتاب الله عز وجل، وسنة حبيبه المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم، وما أُثر عن السلف الصالح وجُـمهور الفقهاء من حِكَم وأقوال، مُعتمدا في ذلك على الكثير من المصادر المعروفة، في مختلف الفنون
