Hidâyat al-Muta‘abbid as-Sâlik (Le Guide du Dévot qui chemine sur la Voie) Sâlih ‘Abd As-Samî‘ Al-Âbî Al-Azharî
Hidâyat al-Muta‘abbid as-Sâlik (Le Guide du Dévot qui chemine sur la Voie) est l’exégèse la plus connue et la plus sérieuse du Mukhtasar Al-Akhdarî Fî al-‘Ibâdât [selon le rite mâlikite]. Son auteur, Sâlih ‘Abd As-Samî‘ Al-Âbî Al-Azharî – mort en l’an 1335 de l’hégire –, est un spécialiste du fiqh mâlikite, qui s’est fait connaître notamment par son commentaire de la Risâla d’Abû Zayd al-Qayrawânî, intitulé At-Thamar Ad-Dânî Fî Taqrîb Al-Ma‘ânî et son Jawâhir Al-Iklîl où il explique le Mukhtasar Khalîl.
Quant au livre que Sâlih ‘Abd As-Samî‘ Al-Âbî Al-Azharî se donne pour objectif de gloser, à savoir Mukhtasar Al-Akhdarî Fî al-‘Ibâdât, il traite exclusivement des règles relatives à la prière selon le rite malékite. C’est un ouvrage remarquable que l’on étudie toujours dans les pays qui suivent la doctrine de l’imam Mâlik, voire dans les pays où les musulmans sont minoritaires. Son auteur est le juriste d’obédience malékite Abû Zayd ‘Abd Ar-Rahmân Ibn Muhammad Al-Akhdarî (1512-1575).
