Que n’a-t-on pas entendu à propos de la sharî’a ? La sharî’a serait l’application stricte des lois coraniques ! La sharî’a, c’est couper les mains et lapider les femmes ! L’application stricte de la sharî’a ou son application tout court serait la ligne distinctive entre fondamentalistes et modérés !
Les fondamentalistes seraient ceux qui appellent à l’application de cette fameuse sharî’a alors que les modérés sont ceux qui lui tournent le dos, ou du moins n’en appliquent que certains aspects, avec modération, car l’abus de la shari’a nuirait gravement aux droits de l’homme.
Comment ce qui a été révélé en tant que miséricorde pour l’univers en est-il venu à exprimer la terreur ? Comment la sharî’a est-elle devenue le symbole de plus négatif de l’islam ? Comment la sharî’a, désigné comme étant la loi coranique, a-t-elle était réduite au code pénal alors que les versets évoquant cet aspect ne dépassent pas une trentaine de versets sur les 6236 versets composant le livre Saint, c’est-à-dire, moins de 0.5 % du noble Coran ?!
